Cuba: Colonial Treasures & Caribbean Coast

4 Days / 3 Nights | Havana- Artemisa

Havana nights. Colonial stones that have witnessed five centuries. And a rural scenery, a wonder town within Rosario mountain range.

This is not a typical tour. It is a slow unraveling of  some of Cuba’s most beautiful layers – art, nature, and history woven into four days that will feel like a dream you once had and never forgot.

Day 1 – Havana Arrival & Classic Car Sunset

Land at José Martí International Airport. Your private driver greets you and takes you to your casa particular in Havana. After settling in, step into a classic convertible for a tour through Modern Havana, Vedado, and along the Malecón. Stop for photos at Revolution Square, John Lennon Park, and the University of Havana. As the sun begins to dip, arrive at the legendary Hotel Nacional for a cocktail on the terrace – panoramic ocean views, a gentle breeze, and the perfect start to your Cuban adventure.

Evening: Dinner at a paladar. Then, immerse yourself in Fábrica de Arte Cubano (FAC) – Havana’s most dynamic cultural venue. Contemporary art, live music, fashion, performance. It’s not a club. It’s not a museum. It’s both.

Day 2 – Las Terrazas: Where Nature Meets Community

Depart Havana for the Sierra del Rosario mountains. Your destination: Las Terrazas, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and one of Cuba’s most successful sustainable communities. A local guide will walk you through the forest, sharing stories of how this community rebuilt itself around nature.

You will:

  • Visit a 19th-century coffee plantation hidden in the hills

  • Walk through the artist community, meeting painters and sculptors in their workshops

  • Eat lunch at a locally owned restaurant

  • Swim in the natural pools of the San Juan River – cool, clear, and utterly refreshing

Evening: Return to Havana. Dinner at a paladar. Then, optional: La Zorra y El Cuervo – Havana’s most iconic jazz club. Two Cuban cocktails included with admission. Let the music carry you.

Day 3 – Old Havana: Walking Through History

After breakfast, meet your local guide for a walking tour of Old Havana (Habana Vieja) , a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will stand in Plaza de la Catedral, Plaza de Armas, and Plaza Vieja. Your guide will show you the restoration projects that have brought these centuries-old buildings back to life, and tell you stories of pirates, conquistadors, and revolutionaries.

Afternoon: Lunch at a paladar. Then choose your own adventure:

  • Option A: The National Museum of Fine Arts – Cuba’s most important collection of Cuban art

  • Option B: The Museum of the Revolution – housed in the former Presidential Palace, tracing Cuba’s revolutionary history

Evening: Farewell dinner at a paladar. Then optional: theater, ballet, or live music at Jazz Café.

Day 4 – Back home

Breakfast at your casa particular. Check out. Your private driver takes you to José Martí International Airport. You leave with photographs, memories, and a deep respect for this island and its people.
